Technical Assistance and Training

Successful program implementation requires knowing where you are going and how to get there. The Children's Forum technical assistance specialists provide individual, customized consultation services on program planning, execution and evaluation. We help clients think strategically about program processes and outcomes. Needs assessment, capacity building, partnerships, infrastructure development, business plans, financial sustainability, future funding, program-to-program mentoring and program monitoring are areas where the Forum's staff and consultants have produced outstanding results by blending experience and innovation.
